When is Kala-sarpa dosha real?

Kala-sarpa forms only when all seven classical grahas fall on one side of the Rahu–Ketu axis. If even one graha is outside, the yoga is partial or absent. VedicSpace walks every graha against the axis and names which of the twelve types (Ananta to Sheshanaga, by Rahu’s house) applies — or states that none forms.

Do I need a puja if my Kala-sarpa is partial?
